Arrival Information

Check-in time is NO EARLIER than 4PM. Please, NO EARLY ARRIVALS. We can not guarantee access before 4PM.

Check out Time is NO LATER than 10AM on your scheduled departure date. Sorry, but our cleaning schedule does not allow for us to extend this check-out time limit.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy

50% of the total lodging charge is required to confirm your reservation.

Notice of cancellation is required 90 (ninety) days prior to arrival. Christmas week and all other major holidays will require notice 120 (one hundred twenty) days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled within the confines of this policy will be refunded the deposit amount minus a $100 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made outside of the above listed time frames will not be eligible for refunds. We regret that there are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

Restrictions

NO SMOKING ALLOWED. For insurance, safety and the consideration of others, all indoor facilities are designated strictly non-smoking. Smoking will be allowed on the outside deck and patio areas. Thank you.

NO PETS ALLOWED. We are unable to allow the presence of pets for health, safety and insurance purposes. Thank you.

No camping, motor homes, tents, tent trailers or travel trailers allowed.

Waterdog Lodging reserves the right to assess an additional cleaning fee in the event that these restrictions are overlooked.
